$30 AUD flat-rate shipping on all orders, Australia-wide.

This fee applies per order, regardless of weight, size, or location.

7. Delivery Address Requirements

We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete address details.


8. Missed Deliveries

If no one is available at the time of delivery, the courier may:

  • Leave the parcel in a safe location (if safe to do so), or
  • Leave a collection card and send your parcel to the nearest collection point

Unclaimed parcels may be returned to us. Re-delivery will incur a new
$30 flat-rate shipping fee.


9. Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your parcel is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at:
