We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete address details.
8. Missed Deliveries
If no one is available at the time of delivery, the courier may:
- Leave the parcel in a safe location (if safe to do so), or
- Leave a collection card and send your parcel to the nearest collection point
Unclaimed parcels may be returned to us. Re-delivery will incur a new
$30 flat-rate shipping fee.
